Prices are per
villa not per person and include all taxes and cleaning fees.
This villa can only accept 10 persons and no pets. Optional
extras are included in the additional services section. The minimum booking
duration is 5 days and our on-line booking process will guide you through to a
confirmed reservation.
We are also taking bookings for next year, so book now and get in quick before your
preferred dates are gone. For any queries you may have feel free to

- Stays of 5 days or less will incur a cleaning fee.
- Early check ins or late check outs will incur an additional day charge.

Payments
A non refundable deposit and booking form is required to secure your vacation dates. Final
balance is due with the refundable security deposit 8 weeks prior to your
arrival date. Refundable security deposit is return 4 weeks after departure
date, pending management companies report.
Payments can be received in UK Pounds Sterling or US Dollars. Wire transfers and PayPal are accepted. Credit card can be used via PayPal.
Payments made via PayPal incur a 5% admin fee.
When you submit a booking request you will be guided to the payment page. If
your are paying off your balance please go to the
pay now page.
Deposit
£200/$200 dollar non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking with
supporting booking form. If less than 8 weeks to arrival date full balance is
due with security deposit.
£250/$250 security deposit is payable with balance 8 weeks prior to arrival
date. Pending management company report this will be returned to you 4 weeks
after your departure date.
